Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST and can take up to three business days to process before being shipped.

    Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.

    To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email or phone call from our team. In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team may experience delays due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your stock delivered.
